Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2022

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied, we do accept returns and exchanges. Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from the delivery date. We do not offer refunds on any items. With store credit, you will receive the total amount minus the shipping cost within 3 days after the item(s) has been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. In the case that the size you need to exchange for is out of stock, you will receive store credit.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels unless the mishap is on our end (i.e., we sent the wrong size or color).

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. Please review the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with the original tags attached.
  • No visible makeup or deodorant stains on the items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear/cover-ups
  • Visibly worn items
  • Select white items
  • Items outside of our return policy window

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, there will be a 10% restocking fee deduced from your refund.
