What’s the shipping process? If you select “flat rate shipping” at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS. Please allow two business days for fulfillment. Once the order has been processed, please allow three to five business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed and/or receive a text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with UPS. We currently only ship throughout the United States, we do not ship internationally currently. Please keep in mind with the holidays, UPS may experience longer shipping times.

Please note: once the package is in UPS’s possession, we are not responsible for any package delays or mishaps.

How can I cancel my order? Changes and order cancellation can be made if your order has NOT been processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, changes and cancellations are no longer allowed.

Do you offer refunds? Unfortunately, we do not. Items can be returned for store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.

Can you hold an item for me? Unfortunately, we do not. We have a high demand for our items and cannot hold items without payment. If you are unsure about purchasing for any reason or have questions, please feel free to send us an email.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information, please send us an email (support@courtneynikoleco.com)

I received a damaged item, how can we resolve this? In the case that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email (support@courtneynikoleco.com) as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. You must inform us within two days from the delivery date. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label (at no cost to you), so you can send back your item.

Please note: we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

The item I wanted is sold out, will it be restocked? If an item that you are interested in purchasing is sold out, click the “notify me when available” button and you will be notified when the item is back in stock via email.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.

Where are you located? Courtney Nikole is in Greensboro, North Carolina. We are an e-commerce business, so we are strictly an online business. If you are interested in delivery, there is a delivery fee and are only available on weekends. Please email sales@courtneynikoleco.com for more information.
